I grew up in Tucson Arizona and attended the University of Arizona for a degree in Elementary Education.  I taught 10 years in the private school setting teaching computer programming and then general music.  When I moved to Boise Idaho, I continued teaching music, and attended Lesley University for a Masters Degree in the Arts.

Music is the medium by which we take all the things learned both from life and from school and create an understanding of the way we see the world.  Music fosters creative thinking that will perhaps, bring about an idea that had not be conceived of before.
